General information
Piccola Serenata sells books, DVDs, VHSs, CDs, CD-ROMs via the Internet to private persons, companies and public administrations in Sweden and abroad.
We make reservation for any errors regarding item information and we reserve the right to change our prices without previous notice.
By completing an order you agree that your personal data will be stored in our customer register. Orders
Products are ordered via the Internet at piccolaserenata.se. Should you have any problems please send us an email. An internet order is completed when you receive an order confirmation from us.

Prices
The prices of our products are expressed in Swedish crowns and Euros. We reserve the right to change the prices in the homepage without previous notice.

Shipping
Shipping fees vary basing on the size of the goods to be shipped. Fees are included in the total amount you will pay. We also charge a small fee for packaging.

Customer data
To purchase in our webshop you need to fill in your personal data in the customer registration form. Without your email address no order confirmation can be sent to you, nor can any information about any delays or troubles in delivering parts of your order. Each time you place an order with us, you are required to check that your personal information is up-to-date.
We guarantee that nobody else will use your personal information for advertising. For instance, we do not sell email addresses.

Delivery
Piccola Serenata make shipments to Sweden and abroad.
Your parcel will be shipped as a post letter or package depending on its weight. Packages are shipped by the Swedish Post service. Payment
Credit card payment Payments are processed through the payment service Payson for customers ordering from Sweden and paying in Swedish crowns, and through Paypal for other customers. When you pay, you are automatically redirected to either webpage, where you can also read information about the security policy. As a customer, you are required to check whether you have enough money in your account when the transaction is being processed. If money cannot be withdrawn for any reason, Piccola Serenata reserves the right to reject the order. Your products will be shipped as soon as the payment is received.

Withdrawal right and return policy
A full withdrawal and return right applies within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, provided that the products are returned as new. It is important that you attach a letter bearing your name and address. We will refund your money after the returned goods have been received. Email your bank information and bank account number (including Swift code) to info@piccolaserenata.se and specify what products you are going to return.
